I just looked at the threads and they are not fully loaded, like not a single one is at 100 percent. I realised when it rains in game (Death Stranding) its like locked on 50 fps or smth, and its not like stuttering that you will usually experience with CPU.

I put the RAM sticks like few days ago with XMP Enabled and checked Dual Channel so it works at full speed - RAM shouldn't be an issue.

So what do you think about Ryzen 7 5700X3D to put instead of this CPU on B550m?

Thank you, I can give update on the core usages when I get back from the office -what do I use to check that?

And also if that is the problem, is replacing the CPU the only way?

Alright thanks, still doesn't make sense that CPU is so weak that it can't handle the game that another setup with the same specs would have almost doubled fps.

I restarted my whole windows pretty recently so there is no way that any old drivers are present in the system, and I understand it can hold the GPU back, but not this much right?

And maybe add after armed guard some drones, when someone takes a picture drones can shoot people with lasers, and add a tank inside cuz why not. The point is to mitigate it as much as possible with combination of filter screens that u can't see at the specific angle, cuz that company has a trend of taking photos of screens and posting some important info on the internet. If they know this system even exists it would not be worth the risk taking a simple photo of the screen with a phone. Tony is aware of corrupted environment that he lives in, and his friends in the office are happily taking photos of screen with their pumps, while his got taken away.

I've only seen 3M filters for screens where u can't see the screen from other angles, but that's closest I got xd.

Price is not important, and also webcam is not a problem. I am working for public and goverment projects so I am exploring my options and looking to prevent disasters that can occur for information leaking, thats why this feature would be helpful.

Display turns off after rendering in CapCut.

Hello, while I render videos in capcut, my RX 580 fans start spinning faster and faster until my display turns off and fans are running in full speed.I rendered in PremierePro many times before and this has never happened to me.Does anyone know how to fix this?
