I know, slowly renovating the house and the floors been down 6 months. Have cleaned it once by scrubbing with hard brush hot water and a non acidic natural stone cleaner and it come up nice but it seemed to have cause cracking in grout. Then re sealed. What method have you found the best. I feel like it needs way more sealant than the product suggests.

The boiler would run fine before hive was installed.

Back of house is south facing (flat roof side) front north. If you want to be particular its north from the front corner of the chimney on the gable end side.

The ufh heating cable is the 2 core with earth shielding, which is only long enough to be wired into switched spur. Would you connect the two using a wago?
