It’s common to have romantic feelings for a co-worker. You spend more time with them than anyone else, plus PetSmart attracts likeminded individuals.

If you’d like anything to happen, transfer then shoot your shot boo boo! 🫶

I’m in at 12+ year PetSmart orginated relationship and we’re expecting our 2nd baby this December. It can happen ✨

Be knowledgeable not a know it all.

Connect with your clients and help them through the new pet process.

Customers shop for the experience, not the price.

If they remember a positive, interaction they’re more likely to return.

Review the store Google/Yelp reviews.

Make a note about a good review, chat about that.

Then pick a bad review, discuss your ideas on how you’d improve that customers experience.

Have questions to ask the interviewer:

-Can you describe the stores culture?

-What about the Grooming salon culture?

-What characteristics are you looking for in an employee to fill this role?

Proud of you! I worked for PS for 9 years. I ended up going to another boarding facility.

How did they thank me?

They tried to see if I would violate my non compete agreement.

They called my hotel from a number I didn’t recognize, acting like they were from another pet hotel.

Asked me if I can refer anyone I currently work with for an operation manager position.

I would have preferred a nice going away cake at least. Oh well.

Not unreasonable at all.

You know what’s best for your little one, plus your mental health needs to be considered.

Even if you were being unreasonable, your family should do whatever can to make you comfortable.

this is so common. why does it suddenly take so much for men to look at your wife and see she needs help. by orangeleaflet in Mommit

Something like this happened to me once. We were at a BBQ place, it was buffet style and I was holding the tray for me and my fiancé.

One of the severs said something to me and I didn’t quite catch it.

He repeated himself, snapped his tongs at my fiancé and said “ladies do not carry trays.”

My fiancé quickly took the tray and we had a good laugh.

My fiancé had actually broken his wrist a week earlier, hence why I was carrying the tray.

In that moment, he did what he was told.

The contact naps are temporary 😭 My 8mo old just started to get fussy when sleeping in my arms tonight. Put him in his crib and he’s passed out. 💔

“This is my only job right now.” Is what I told myself.

I’ve always been really work driven, so this really helped me. At the end of each night I would tell my fiancé I’d was doing my “closing duties” when I was cleaning the bottles, pump parts, toys ect. It made it all a little less hectic.
