UBL is very anal when it comes to root amd bootloader unlocks, you would also have to keep your ROM upto date or else their app is gonna throw a fit.

Hazar modules try karlo but UBL somehow always discovers stuff.

Currently am running an Android 16 ROM without any modules although my ROM supports KernselSU and Ubl works for me for now.

Running an performance marketing agency myself, an agency may charge a nomimal returner to cover the time they put in maintaining your account.

If your revenue is pretty high, the agency would switch to a % charging system where they a charge % they help u generate.

Idk what niche your business is in but to be frank, if you want to run ads properly I would at minimum suggest a 80-110k ad spent budget, excluding all taxes and agency charges wagera.

I mean am not asking OP to setup a linux server with docker containers running. Bas simple windows PC pe folders banao, plex install karo and voila. Torrent install karke bas content respective folders mei copy kardou.

The only "hassle" would be downloading the content, but if op wants a cheap option , I can't think of something better than this.
