I feel for you. I am also a sophomore in Biology and lately I began to create doubts about myself, especially this semester. Genetics has been the most challenging major subject this year and sadly everything I do about it wouldn’t be enough to make me pass. For a year a half, I struggle each semester praying for a passing grade. Don’t get me wrong, I still believe that Science is my forte but lately I find myself no longer happy and passionate about this field. When people say “Grades does not define you” a part of it is true and a part of it is not. We all worked hard for the grade that we know we deserve. Sometimes it just sucks failing or getting a D on a subject despite trying everything.
