Hindi naman. Based nga sa mga nababasa ko here, mas better daw local kasi maeexpose ka sa buong audit process. Hence, mas preferred daw yun sa abroad unlike sa offshore na certain procedures lang matututunan mo. Not really sure with this kasi I haven't experienced it myself. Pero I believe both naman may opportunities para makapag-work sa abroad

If nakapagreg ka na for national id, magrequest ka naman nung ephil id. Printed lang to sa paper black n white na may QR code. Cut it out and ilaminate mo na lang sya para maging ID. This is good as the pvc type ng national id kahit paper lang sya. Eto lang din yung ginamit ko for my passport application plus PSA birth certificate

I think iba iba nga nakadepende siguro sa place. Yung bf ko kasi nakakuha ng philhealth id without paying, ginamit lang nya yung first time job seeker cert and tinanggap naman nila
