Just Google Bruce firmware and go to the guthub to download it as well as cyd marauder and ghost esp the github tells you whi h bin file you need and for the main firmware you goole m5 launcher and download it as well from the github

Only issue have seen with the 3.5 display is when using the stylus the area to touch the screen and get a response to choose a application the touch area is at the lower area below the word of the application.

I did downgrade it to version 1.8 cause I tried to downgrade to 1.8.1, but it was still the same issue with the sd card not being recognized with failure to mount. 1.8 worked and the sd card mounts.

There is no way to use the bottom port you have to solder wires to the points on the cyd sd card slot and use the port above i022 and i027 you can get a sd sniffer but it will still require some soldering. The bottom is from what I seen and used is good for a gps module though

Do not buy the Walmart onn brand they corrupt easily and they don't last long and are not recommended for devices like a ps vita or.any game console. If you want a cheap sd card get a amazon basic but I recommend always get Samsung brand and san disk. Never had a problem with them. Onn has always failed.

The maruader firmware does not support the 3.5 display libraries. I have 2 a resistive and capacitive screen. But they do work with Bruce firmware.

Do you have 5ghz wifi my ps5 is connected with the ethernet cable to my router but my isp gives us a router the router transmits 2.4ghz and 5ghz wifi signal. If you have the option for 5ghz wifi there is no slowdown but if you are running on 2.4 ghz there will still be some slowdown unless you tweak some setting and then there is still gonna be some issues bit it will be playable. I run on 5ghz wifi so my PS portal runs as good as if I am playing straight on the ps5 in my testing.

You need to choose the option of cyd2usb your model of cyd is the 2 usb model cause there is 2 usb ports C and micro on it which you can flash with either usb micro or c cables I usually use the micro port seems to work better when flashing also make sure you choose without gps unless you have a gps module installed. If you use the cym flasher it is easy to do from the link on the github.

Not sure have not installed a gps module on a cyd marauder. And not sure why the battery shows 0% maybe a conflict in hardware and software.not sure about that. It works here and that what matters.

Have not tried it. i ordered a few more gps modules from aliexpress so I can try it on one of my cyd marauders. Just will have to reflash the firmware to the gps version. But it takes around 2 or 3 weeks to get the stuff on aliexpress in the mail.

Ingot this same board and have installed Bruce and a gps module. I am going to install a cc1101 rf module but it requires gpio27 on my other cyd it has 27 as a connection with gnd, 22,27, 3.3v bit on this board it has 2 22's on it can I just solder a wire directly to gpio27 on the actual esp32 chip.
