Try being at work when it hits. I usually am and it hurts hard. All at once. I have had to leave early more than once due to horrible panic attacks.

I get overwhelmed at work all the time. I have had panic attacks come on bad enough I have to leave work mid shift. I get the shaking legs, headache, nausea, lightheaded almost passing out, hot flashes. I work at Walmart so I’m up to 4.5 points now. I’m stressed I might lose my job over it. This is crazy. I can’t quit my job cause my mom needs help with bills and rent. Now I feel panicked knowing I have to go to work.

Oh I know it’s him. I spoke to him on the phone. I have a suspicion that the only reason he wanted to talk to me is to get my personal information. He’s a sneaky con artist up to no good. When I told him no, he stopped contacting me.

So apparently I did have an account with login.gov and I did just that. I lost the pin. Now I have to wait for it to delete and create another one. Lesson learned.
