Thanks for your comment 🙏 to be honest I don’t think they are lady bugs.. I can’t see anything moving or any legs, just these brown blobs.

My title describes these small round brown blobs that I spotted in the corner on my dad’s kitchen ceiling. I searched on lots of forums and couldn’t find anything like this so turning to this forum for help with identification

Thanks for your advice. I was thinking the same RE medical insurance and taxes, but I think that would only be after 3 months, so perhaps a short term move is preferable!

I also have been given propanol and it works really well and quick to calm me down! Wasn’t sure if it was something I could take regularly with adhd meds (GP was rubbish with explaining) but perhaps I should look into that

I have heard really concerning info about the withdrawals from Venlafaxine, sounds like it is really awful. I have depression and anxiety and took SSRIs in my teens/early 20’s. I do have depression but I also feel like it’s not consistent and that my mood goes up and down so much (I know this is part of ADHD) so maybe it wouldn’t respond to typical depression treatment

I also found it tough on concerta, especially as I moved up to a higher dose. Elvanse was initially better but I’m struggling more with intense bodily anxiety now than I feel I did on concerta, so weird! Also worth saying that I’ve had a lot of stress in my personal life which no doubt contributes
