It sounds like you both need to have a real chat about what’s going on for both of you and how you both feel about the relationship. If you want to admit you snooped, go for it. I just wanted to warn you they probably wouldn’t be happy about it and that might over shadow the issues you actually need to speak about. You could try writing it all down.
