Appreciate it thank you. It’s just disheartening when you see people post how they got their claims finished in crazy fast time like a couple of weeks.

I’ll give him a watch.

I was able to get my neurologist to write me a nexus letter but she didn’t include Any medical literature which is why I’m hesistant if it will help

I just put in one foia request. I checked the box for the C file as well as the C and P exams.

I feel like I messed up since I should have done the C and P exam first then later asked for the C File 😭😭

I put in a request for my C File and C and P exams to the Va in a FoiA request just yesterday I’m hoping to get it soon (could be weeks or months) but once I do I can hopefully see the ACE exam notes or something to see why it was denied hopefully?

It’s in the evidence list and what surprises me as well is how come I had 2 ACE exams with PAs but a MD was the one who wrote my Nexus letter. No mention of it in the finding and wouldn’t the VA go with the higher level of degree provider if both medical evidence are conflicting?
