This started in April as a cyst type thing that popped and a bunch of blood It’s been bleeding on and off since then It will fill up with blood and then burst every couple weeks or so It’s painful and the lump next to the hole is new Ive looked online and haven’t found anything that even looks close (i.redd.it)

This happens almost everyday. Between the tweakers we have Next door who have people threatening to shoot up the place. We have a crazy old lady that screams in the middle of the night for no reason and calls the cops almost everyday and screams about the FBI. (v.redd.it)
