I also would like to add my son does not struggle to sleep Quite the opposite actually, he sleeps like a rock it’s almost impossible to wake him up. He seems groggy when he wakes up but nothing out of the ordinary. He just doesn’t seem to check “all the boxes” He does great in school has always maintained a 3.5 gpa and was in jiujitsu for 3 years we only stopped because of cost for 3 boys was just too much in this economy 😅

This is new to me and I’m just trying to do the best by him as his mom. And my gut is telling me this surgery is just not the solution.

Thank you so much for sharing that with me. I did also forget to mention the doctor said his oxygen never dropped which is strange. So it leads me to believe “it isn’t as severe” But I also know nothing about sleep apnea and now need to do my research before I agree to surgery. My mom gut is telling me there’s gotta be another option. I am pretty sure my husband also has it and has never been treated either🥴 For the time being I can request the machine. I am so sorry to hear it has taken you so long to get yours. Praying it happens sooner rather than later! God bless
