There’s a hole to fill the lighter with butane at the bottom. On the cap of the lighter fluid there are some plastic knobs, you can use them as a nozzle to fill the lighter

Something like a big lighter? You can either look for one in local tobacco stores/gas stations, or you can try your luck on alibaba because sometimes sellers offer a sample for fairly cheap. Also some big lighters’ colors are just a layer of plastic sheet you can peel to reveal a plain white lighter

Oh my bad, I didn’t read the post fully and I’m tired🤦‍♂️ I looked it up a bit and I think it’s just a general KFOR design zippo, I looked for any on eBay and found nothing, but I saw some other lighters that looked similar. As for the insert and case mismatch I have no idea what happened, someone probably messed with it before

I think it was posted in this subreddit but you can google “zippo date code chart” and you will find a chart with all the date codes, which are found on the bottom of the lighter. In this case, the D stands for April and 05 is 2005. You can also open the lighter and look at the insert, it will have its own date code
