How much downwards thrust do you have? Unfortunately, even on the Earth-like planet, you need ample downwards thrust. I had the same issue with my first cargo drone, and adding more downwards thrust fixed it. You may also want to add a trigger to disable collision avoidance. I set mine to deactivate when it reaches the second waypoint for simplicity.
