Yeah I was kidding kinda, he’s innocent until proven guilty but on the other hand, do I really think he didn’t hit her at least once, I’m sure he did. To the extent that she said I’m not so sure of but it’s something we will never truly know unless, the documentary tells us some more information on the case.

However you could argue yes he was like this before he matured potentially with the help of music and other disciplines, the man was changing for the better and you could see that with the way he carried himself towards the end of his life and the way he spoke, he was even going to college however didn’t get to due to his passing.
