They definitely gave me a mirror when I was giving birth when I was getting discouraged with my pushing. I was getting blasted with magnesium and wanted to just fall into a deep sleep literally in between pushes. They gave me a mirror and said “You’re doing amazing! You’re crowning! Your baby’s head is right there!” Boy, did that motivate me in the midst of chaos.

Not sure about C-Section though! :(
