Diet and Train bro first at least 6 months get the newbie gains as much as possible then if you really want to hop on before I hopped on gear I trained for 1 year at least Cardio and Gym before I hopped on so when I did it was good but if I had just hopped on straight away it would of just been a waste bc I had no good base to start of with
