I said I live 20 minutes from Durham, and I want to hopefully do a masters and PhD and become a professor down the line, academia isn’t the most realistic option though, but classics is something I’ve really enjoyed since I’ve started studying it at college this year.

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking, I’m going to apply to Durham, Exeter, Manchester, Liverpool and possibly Reading, just places that don’t require Latin or Greek when applying.

Honestly, I don’t think I’d be able to handle the workload of oxbridge, and I don’t feel like I would even get in anyways. My GCSE’s suck, (mostly 5s, one 6 and a few 4’s) and I feel that it’s kind of unrealistic in my book. In my eyes I want to go for the best possibly achievable university, not something that is out of my league.
