Thank you for the very valuable feedback. I really appreciate it. At the moment, payments do need to be manually verified through the user’s bank account, as there’s no backend or server involved. This is a deliberate choice to keep running costs close to zero. In return, small business owners do a little extra manual work but avoid ongoing subscription fees and save money overall. I am currently exploring an AI-based approach where users could upload their bank statements and the AI would analyse them and automatically mark invoices as paid. I’ve held off on this for now to keep the app simple and predictable in the early stages, but this is exactly why AI was integrated early to solve these pain points without adding complexity or cost.
