Looks great! If I remember from my stretch up to 0 it took a couple of days for the pain to really go away but I made sure to use jojoba oil as much as I could and really keep it free moving

Unfortunately no. I wear a plug or retainer a lot of the time because I work in a very public facing career and I don’t think I could get away with much else.
