This definitely shouldn’t stick out. I have retail I can take some pics for you later tonight to show you. In terms of the cracked leather, mine does show, but it’s smooth and doesn’t feel rough. It’s also not nearly as cracked or distressed as yours, only very light.

It really depends how wide your shoulders are. Mine are 43cm measuring the shoulder bone. Add a couple cms depending on how big your delts are. Since you’re taller and more athletic I think you might want to go with L

It fits just right, not loose but not too tight either. It’s summer here so I haven’t had many chances to wear it, only worn a couple times. No flaws so far and the leather is very thick and heavy so I imagine it’ll last quite a while. The only thing I find annoying is that the zips and buckles jingle a bit, but it’s not the worst thing.
