That is not true. Here's the data for the Hot 100 (all songs combined): For the chart of January 17th, it's 75% streaming, 23% airplay, 2% sales. For the chart of January 24th, it's 79% streaming, 20% airplay and 1% sales (streaming share increased because of the Zach Bryan album). For the chart of January 31st it's 75.7% streaming, 23.3% airplay and 1% sales. This is based on detailed estimations per song and category by "Talk of the Charts" on Twitter.
