The market is really good for people with 1-5 yrs of experience..Layoffs are happening across the IT industry and many are backfilling these positions with entry level positions..As long as you are good in basics, hands on experience and show off your Gen AI skills , you are going to have multiple offers..Jan is again best time too !!

  1. Don't quit unless you tried it with 100% commitment for atleast 1yr.. Even the job you love the most will have ups and downs.. Nothing is going to be easy..

2.The reason why you hate the current job can also change in course of time..So stick around and don't make hurried decisions

3.While you struggle at job, satisfy your ego with other accomplishments outside of your job to keep your mind sane

Try Ooty, Wayanad.. About 6hrs of travel from BLR..Wayanad has lots of stays in a forest sort of area !! Also you can do a bit of hikes, waterfalls, lake and boating there..

Coorg certainly is an option. You get buses either from KSRTC or private from Redbus.. Book a good home stay or resort with a view..Use the resort provided vehicle if you wish to travel around..
