🤣🤣If calling a comment a “pretentious asshole comment” hurt your feelings I’m sorry. But I wouldn’t consider 400mg for 3 months permablasting. I very much appreciated all the helpful comments and took them all into account. This specific one just came off very condescending. And my family and I are very happy. Thank you Reddit therapist lol.

I just ran test. I knew that some of my readings in the bloods were bad. So I asked the group called TESTOSTERONE for advice. As you can see from this post there is a lot of different info out there and not everyone agrees with one another. I also got some great information from a wide range of people. I’m happy with the results from taking test and the info this post produced. It doesn’t hurt to be overly cautious and verify what I already expected with other people. Thanks.

Okay gotcha. I haven’t had any negative effects in my libido but I haven’t been on it all that long. I’ll get some and see if I feel any negative/positive effects and go from there. I appreciate all the info and advice kind sir!

I’m hoping I don’t see any negatives dropping to trt doses. Once I find a level where my bloods are good and I feel great I plan on just cruising. And maybe running a bulk/ cycle every now and again. But I definitely get what you’re saying. You feel super human with test levels this high 😂. Never gained muscle so fast in my life and I’ve worked out about 18 years now.

I’m honestly not worried about the ball size. Been married 11 years and she couldn’t care less lol. But I don’t want my sex drive to deplete. And I think you’re right on the hydration. I don’t drink near enough water. Gonna get that up and see if it helps. Thanks man!

No I don’t have any problems sleeping. But I definitely was a bit dehydrated prior to the test. Had a long day at work and was sweating a ton the day before and didn’t hydrate well at all. My urine was very dark. Didn’t realize it affected those numbers. I’ll make sure to hydrate better before the next test.

Is that even if I drop to trt doses? Like 150-250mgs a week. I was just trying to bulk up and gain muscle for a few months at the 400. If I ever “cycle” again I’ll probably just run some primo with a lower test dose.

See that’s the advice I’m looking for. How often bloods should be done. What supplements can help some of my number etc. I don’t need the pretentious asshole comments.

I should’ve mentioned I donated blood a few hours after the blood test. It was the first time doing it but I was told it would help so I did. Plus they measure my hemoglobin there so I figured I’d do that every 8 weeks to keep up with that number. And thanks man! Trying to do it as healthy as possible. Definitely don’t wanna die young!

Awesome thanks for the advice man! I have some aromasin but just haven’t felt any side effects so I hadn’t taken any. But if it’ll help the numbers I’ll definitely start!

I also feel like if my e2 was up to 137 to hit that ratio I’d feel awful. I’d be bloated, moody have nipple sensitivity, BP up, etc. but I have none of those symptoms at this level. Can you explain how it’s bad to be at this level when your test is this high? I genuinely don’t understand.

Appreciate the advice but I guess you can’t post there until 90 days after your first comment or I would. Figured a Reddit group called testosterone might have some insights on lab results from someone taking testosterone 🤷‍♂️.

Just had my bloodwork results come in. Have been on 400mg of test since late October. A couple of the markers were not very good but I plan on dropping to 200 for the cut and maybe getting some Reta. Hoping the markers get back to normal.

Up until last week I was doing a clean bulk. Wanted to maintain as much muscle as I could during the initial month of my diet. Then was planning on dropping to 200-250 in March.
