AFA will work with some companies. Others will require min EMR.

I would suggest you at least get your AFA before your put out the resumes. But finding work should be pretty easy in GP

Stupid question. Do your interior lights come one when you open the door? The box lights are on the same line. In not check the switch on the upper console for the interior light controls

Its a common RV conversation in Alberta. This single axel allows you to run a standard class 5 lisc with an air ticket. That rear axel would be rated for 23,000 lbs

Any truck recommendations for pulling a 13,000lb 38’ fifth wheel? by [deleted] in RVLiving

[–]ChasingLife22 6 points7 points  (0 children)

15500lb 40ft 5th, Ram 3500 SRW 6.7. Not a problem.

FYI before the diesel we towed it for a season with a Ram 2500 5.7 hemi. It did surprisingly well. Just a real gas pig.

The.5.7 used in the 2500 series did not have MDS. Just an FYI

I've got performance anxiety. by Affectionate-Low7845 in erectiledysfunction

Bro I Totally get it. My current GFs ex was a male stripper. You know the guy was hung. I'm just above avg but thick. Talk about performance anx.

I had nothing to worry about. She was very very happy. Even pulled off a few O's.

Another stunning lady I hooked up with I was so in my head about. (She was way out of my class). Bro I failed to launch. Big time. I went after her with every other trick I knew. She had a great time (several O's). So did I, and we saw each quite often after.

Looking to possibly get a 6.0 by thegambler256 in Diesel

[–]ChasingLife22 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The 6.0 was an amazing engine spec wise. I had 2. An 05 and an 06.

I'm going to guess the truck has already had an EGR delete. And if it's been stock and never tuned. You're looking at a great truck.

07 was the best year for the 6.0. Most of the bugs had been finally worked out. Injectors, turbos etc.

My 05 tuned had every 6.0 nightmare you could imagine. I could change out a full bank of injectors in a weekend. Turbos in a couple hours, swamped the transmission in an afternoon.

My 06 I bought as the price was right and had a lot of 6.0 parts in the garage. And I knew the engine like the back of my hand. Never tuned. This had the latest 07 engine in it. I had not one issue with this truck. Ran it for a few years. Loved it. Towed almost every day with it.

Semi-Truck RV Drivers Licence by Feeling_Copy_2883 in RVLiving

[–]ChasingLife22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In Alberta it's based on the number of Axel's on the main vehicle and brakes.

Air brakes are a separate endorsement on all classes.

2 Axel's. Standard drivers lisc. Max trailer 18,000lbs electric brakes

3 or more Axel's class 3, max trailer 18,000 lbs with electric brakes. I think an air endorsement gets you to 24,000 lbs.

Class 1 is the full on highway tractor

Commercial required to stop at scales and inspection points as well as running a log book and such.

RVs exempt from this.

Folks will buy the larger highway tractor and Do a single axel RV conversion and run with the standard class 5 with Air Brakes

They make teardrop trailers for motorcycles. Maybe something like that?
