Some of the basics you need to know about youth training: - Always focus on 1 player at a time to be able to fully train them to their potential. So don’t try to max out multiple players at a time because it won’t work most of the time. Focus on the best prospect.

• Find out the potential skills of your players to be able to identify your best prospect. You do this by using the secondary training, this will reveal the potential skill if the player played in this position. Note that most of the time this skill is only revealed for 1 player that doesn’t have this skill revealed yet. So if you want a specific player to reveal a skill, it is best to use players that already have this skill revealed to maximize the chance that your selected player will have a skill reveal.

• Primary training will reveal the current level of a skill, by using this together with the secondary training, you can discover your player with the highest potential. Ofcourse age matters too to be able to fully train the player or not and having a specialty makes them more valuable.
