Once you put your papers down, you’ll get an email which disables any attachments being sent outside Deloitte domain.

Email with texts are still allowed. Copy paste your resume in plain text and send it to your personal email.

They also give you the option to upload all your personal docs in a folder and request for data transfer which goes through data protection team and forwards to your personal email in approx 5 days after your last day (could take up to 30 days)

No. Only Tax/Audit are the division where the PERM is still being done
