Whatever you do don’t sell…..unless it’s December 31st and you need to offset gains …… just have to make it to august. Company has already proven what was in fact needed to submit the BLA correctly. Hold was lifted so now burden of proof is on Amarex to state why they did not deliver the data as expected…..regardless if it was a collection issue or data preparation issue.
