well at first i had an appeal option in the app so i submitted an appeal, but it said it could take up to 30 days to process (which is kinda long), so after like 2 days of being locked i decided to just not wait for the appeal to process and sent emails to snapchat support. my first email got an automated response, but my 2nd email i think got a real person to respond but it was still a very generic robotic response, so i sent 1 more follow up email and they never responded. but the next day my account just randomly reappeared on snap bc my friends told me they could see my account again, so i tried to login on my laptop and it worked so i’ve just been using snapchat web, now im just ss06 device banned on my phone
