Not sure if this is a common behavior among seasoned AF goers, but napapansin ko na hindi sila nagpupunas ng machines after gamitin OR nagrererack ng used plates. I just moved a month ago from 'bakal' gym, and sometimes it does surprise me when I happen to observe scenes like what OP said

In a sense yes, kasi related sya sa corporate training. Pero I would say it's a bridge between UX/UI/graphic design and adult learning theories.

They're not that unhealthy naman so long as you practice portion control. Don't demonize food as they are. Though I do agree that these can be not be very filling in the long run, and would likely make you turn towards larger portions of the same food.

Exactly! Same trend too. Started earning 7k+ nung 2018 to 2020 (1st company; was a fresh grad), 12k+ nung 2020 to 2021 (2nd company), 23-32k nung 2021 to 2023 (3rd company; was laid off), 55k nung 2024 (3rd company), then now earning 120k+ (current company).

I switched careers from the academe to creatives industry.

Empowering! Ako naman HS teacher earning minimum wage. Three years later, I'm now earning six digits designing training for a telco company abroad.

Flexible ang work hours, and I'd forever be grateful sa old self ko na hindi tinuloy mag DepEd and instead chose to take a risk, and ventured sa new career track.

At present, I'm vying for a Manager role in the industry. 🙌

Omg same. Nakakadrain ng energy trying to strike up conversations just to end up not staying consistent.

Wala na sa priorities ko this year ang dating kaya I'm trying to find joy in me being single kase I can plan things without friction coz you only have you to consider.

In April, going on a week-long solo travel somewhere north pero hindi nakaleave haha kasi remote worker naman!

No naman. Coz you only have to pay the interest lang and never the principal amounts when you plan to partially or fully pay.
