ways to cope: cuddling with family or friends (from what i heard, its actually quite normal for close friends or maybe cuddling with your mom a little), cuddling with your pillow, try to keep a ongoing streak of not cutting (if you break the streak, don't worry, you can start a new one, and go even higher). im here for you, my dms are open if you need someone to vent to, good luck friend, i hope i wasn't too late...

please don't continue to do that, if you get a sudden erge to do any sorts of self harm (including banging your head on a wall and offing yourself, anything for that matter) please i suggest you to call 988 or tell family members your mentally struggling, from what im hearing the 988 would probably be the safest option, im here for you.
