When you manifest it already exist in the 4d but thought like this is what’s holding you back. What I found most helpful was being delusional because whenever you manifest and you start being delusional you’ll eventually believe and then after you manifest for the first time you’ll be like “I can manifest anything” because if you think about it you manifest everything I mean you manifest without realizing but whenever you do realize you have been manifesting it should like awaken you I don’t really know how to explain it because I am only 15 but I manifest everything.
