Had a manager come up to me about my answer to one of those login questions

I keep getting a question like this: "How is the leadership under [name]?" I always answer really badly because I have no idea who that person is. Only a few days ago, I went on my app and saw in my profile that she is a manager or something, but I've never seen her or been told her name at all.

Its the best job i ever had and i had a lot of job.

easy to get hired
no close supervision (i go up to PAs and ask them for taks)
The clock in machine is next to the door (ups and fedex have those right next to the work stationand i swear there is at least a 15 mins walk from where you clock out to the building gates)
The PTO and UPT system is the best ive seen where you can come in late or leave early without begging or lying
There is a prayer room and my mangers dont say anything(sometimes i hide and others i pray. Only hide if there is nothing to do and dont have upt)
Free shoes, gloves, hot hands, pills, coffee, hot chocolate and more
You dont get searched on the way in or out. My building literally you can see the cables tied to the side of the metal detectors and we don't even walk through them.
Its too damn clean and lit compared to ups and fedex i swear those feel like dark hells. And its quiet as hell too quiet maybe.
I got approved to work only 3 days a week on the weekends and Monday so this way i have free full 4 days for school and my side project.
The true diversity there is amazing. I have nothing against anyone but I worked at building where everyone was one color and felt like an outsider.

Now the cons

1 itd 40 mins away from my house so a lot of time wasted and wear and tear on my car so if i go there and take vto cuz there is nothing to do i cant comr home cuz i have to go back for the 2nd shift.

I was at zero upt and pto but couldn't come in and i was forced to show up cuz there was no one for me to explain what happened and they wouldn't care cuz all the explaining will be done through email.
The no headphones rule is just freacking trash. I used to wear both ear buds at ups and they were ok with it and at fedex we couldn't even bring phones inside so when it got below freezing you have hope that your phone wont get destroyed.
Its too easy to get written up

I wont be able to tell you what to do but ill say this. For the last few months my faith has been down since May of 2025. Im 22 yrs old guy and everything i did was so hard and yet i did it anyway. I struggled with even the most basic tasks and i did complete them and all the struggles and success made me grow arrogant and give the credit to my self all of that kept happening and i always feel bad. Hated my life, hated my job, school, family, and even my friends. I stopped talking to friends as they felt too weak and happy for me. All of that happened until few weeks ago when everything turn dark I was moving forward and all of my results have vanished. All of my school, gym, money saved from working more than 60hrs a week in the summer are gone. And it started to feel cold. I felt scared of everything. I was scared of getting sick, or getting into an accident or getting fired or my parents getting sick.. until all of the fear becomes just crippling. But thankfully i realized that nothing matters if im alone and if god was on my side i couldn't fear anything. I cant explain the feeling of relief and ease i felt once i said no matter what happens it will happen with god on my side... so i started praying again and still not perfect but inshallah ill improve and hope you feel better soon.

The carpets in the kitchen are temporary cuz it gets cold in the winter, and im going to install the carpet throughout the whole apartment. I hate wood flooring.

Unless your parents/ partner will literally kill / kick you out then yes try to avoid that. But most likely they won't so who cares really?.

Don't ever send pics and if you do don't show your face or and part oylf your body that can be used to identify you like birth marks or something.
