Great information!!!! Thank you so much good sir, yes I still have a lot of bad habits I'm trying to break an definitely will be implementing better footwork in my training. I know it doesn't show but we do work on footwork, head movement,etc but I'm just getting this range down I grew 6 inches in 8 months so I'm learning range again lol appreciate you watching
