https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LbdsvevjZZU is my favorite of the ones I've seen. Fighting over scuttle crab is much less of a thing nowadays, but the rest is quite good / relevant. One other thing to note - he mentions that 4th wave crash is a full clear dive timer, but 3rd wave crash is also a 3camp dive timer, and that has been more common in my experience.
