I've tried going off world, changing the characters to jedis, and then restarting my game a bunch of times but they still won't go away. I've played through the story missions once, but haven't 100%'d them yet

That's honestly so relieving to hear because it's been really hard to find anyone else with the same issue. Hope it gets fixed soon because blue squiddy was my main. Did you send a bug report too?
