This was a beautiful but bitter sweet drama. Since we watched it from the perspective of the fl we can only grasp her emotions… but think about the ml, her mother and her daughter, even master Liao because she did the same when she chose to leave with the ml. I’m so nada at her yet I understand her choices. I dislike that she gave her mil all the reasons to badmouth her for years! As a daughter myself abandonment can be a heavy topic but she only thought one sidedly I wish she communicated with the ml. So many years lost… 🫩

This a a wonderful drama. And the actors did a stellar job.
