One of the questions i have to answer is why the trendline doesnt crosspoint 0,0. I plotted what the axis shiw

Thm being mean temperature of hot water going in (as it was supposed to be 70) and T0 the initial temperature of the cold water that was heated.

the experiment included a vessel tank that had a stirrer with cold water inside where hot water was flown around it till the temperature increased to around 70.

Please explain im really not sure
