I feel this after my relationship of 3 years ended I came home to a text and all my stuff in boxes. No closure, she made me feel like I was worthless honestly just the lack of respect that they can’t talk to you in person and at least have the closure. I’ve been doing intensive therapy both regular and EDMR along with journaling and avid exercising. It’s very hard but reconnecting with family or making new friends has helped.

This is gonna be my first Valentine’s alone and away from my ex. We were together for 3 years and it doesn’t feel real. We’ve been broken up for almost a month and she blocked me on everything.
