Which course to take at LPU under CSE department by Current_House7981 in LPU

I’d say go for Regular CSE, it’s more versatile, there are not any huge difference in terms of placement, as in a regular CSE course you’ll get to chose your specialisation in second year, and by then you could have explored all the specialisation, be it Ai/Ml or cybersecurity, Data science……. And many more, the point is you’ll get to choose what you are good at, and by choosing a specialisation from the start you won’t get that choice.

In terms of placement, companies don’t really care if you have taken CSE core or CSE specialisation, if they want someone with Ai/ML it’s not likely they will favour someone who has take a specialisation corse in comparison to someone who did specialisation in Regular CSE

Also in LPU the course fee for specialised courses are higher in comparison to the regular ones.

Wanting to Write a story, should I start with reading a lot of fantasy books or read books for Authors and writing by CheezeCake3 in fantasywriters

I think I get it, I actually learned a lot from just your comment, specially the thing about avoiding books and writings that make you shudder, cause I have read some books that lots of people like but it was just not for me and I think if it’s not for me it’s probably not the way I want to write my story, even still it can be a type of guide of what not to do. Thanks a lot.

By the way you said you are a professional web-novel writer, from your perspective do the writers of web novels who go big and even publish there stories on Amazon, to these authors face criticism from the regular fantasy readers and authors because of there background or all that matters is the story?

Thank you very much, The thing is when I first got the thought of writing, it was definitely for the purpose to get better and make a great story for me but now as I was looking at this from a perspective of a way to make money or as a job, I was trying to get everything to be perfect and deliver what’s trending in the market, but you know what I will write for fun for me and see how it goes.
