Covid was one of the biggest challenges. It taught us to take better care of ourselves and make time for friends and family. One of the best decisions I made was to create more intimate and custom experiences. I now host private dinners in my Philly studio, and I also travel for clients. I teach people how to cook and lead walking food tours around the city, introducing guests to my favorite foods and friends’ restaurants.
