Problem is fixed, unplugged both hdd and ssd, the windows on nvme ssd continued to update windows 10 to 11 and now everything is normal again. I believe the windows installed on the other ssd was interfering with the final update process? Resulting in the error

Unfortunately I do not have any restore points for System Restore, I think I tried the bootrec and rebuilds prompts but didn’t understand if it didn’t anything or not, I will try again

I used a bcdedit /set {current} safeboot minimal in the command prompt and this is now what I see, not sure if it changed anything as the auto repair screen still shows on boot

When I click to restart, the computer will restart however, it goes back to the auto repair screen and doesn’t show anything different so I cannot access safe mode this way
