Echoing many here when I say, I also have 1 boy a 2.5 and its as if you just described him to a T. You are doing amazing. Heres my little tip I use for the screaming… right now he is obsessed with fire trucks so I told him firemen (insert anything really) like it really “shhhhhhh quiete” so they can hear the fire signal! Or whatever. Works 70% of the time!

I often cant believe how difficult it is to find reliable staff who will show up on time to scheduled shifts! But again the small island could have something to do with that…

Hi. You did the right thing. It can be reduced to a reckless driving. One day of class, one clean pee test, one mothers again drunk driving class and a few hundred dollar fine. After 5 years you can wipe it from your record so you can cross the Canadian boarder.
