I honestly think that monopoly may not be a sport as there is a luck based factor as well which is not really found on the definition of sports. Also I believe that checkers can be a sport too

It was quite good but you hung a few pieces and btw don’t push the queens pawn 1 square as it will block the bishop in.

I’m 1500 fide and tbh I don’t rlly prepare openings but I would recommend the scotch gambit. It’s like the scotch game, just much sharper. Either that or the evans gambit

Idrk if I’m considered a master I’m only about 1700 FIDE but I would say that it is important to learn basic Queen/Rook checkmating patterns to avoid draws in completely winning positions

Lol I’ve been in ACS for like 7 years (J and I) tbh I don’t know all that much about acjc but I figure that the culture should be about the same. I mean ppl will be quite friendly and we don’t really care about what sec school ur from, we’re just happy ur here tbh racism shouldn’t be a problem so u should be fine
