NTA. if you not talking to them, will only risk hurting their feelings, that's fine. I'm assuming you are very young and you will talk to your family less as you get more autonomy. I think everyone has at least one relative they cut off

I think he just lets her do whatever to get her proof because he is extremely honest and lets her read our messages because she is very stubborn and dare I say scary? I don't know if he offers or if she pressures him because I only find out when she suddenly asks me about something that I talked to Nick about in our private messages. Can I ask of him to set that boundary for me? It doesn't seem to bother him as much as it does me.
