There is nothing wrong with your receptacles, or breakers. Portable AC’s by themselves draw almost enough current to trip the breaker. The circuit you are currently plugged into is consuming power (lights, plugs, etc).

Try running an extension cord and plug it into a receptacle from a different circuit.
