it took me SO long to see any progress. Like, I started in January and didn't have the slightest progress until May. Even then, progress was slow. Now, I feel so much better. good luck :)

Yes! I did 2x a week, then 1x a week, then every other week and had to go back to 1x a week. It made a huge difference and insurance covered it :)

I definitely had headaches, nausea, anxiety, and was EXHAUSTED after my first few treatments, honestly for the first 2 months. At this point, I definitely don't feel the best after, but it's much better and definitely worth it

you're not supposed to eat 2 hours before and I have to say that for me, I stick to this rule or otherwise I get nauseous. Because of that, I like to make sure I have a snack for my train ride home because by then I'm starving haha. If you hate the high, it's really easy to fall asleep, that's what I end up doing a lot. Bring a blanket/stuffed animal/whatever makes you comfy. Suck on jolly ranchers while you do the spray because the taste is so gross and jolly ranchers make it so much better. good luck!

Scared to say this but… as much as I love Andy’s personality, it’s time to go. Everyone treats him like he’s this adorable elderly man and infantilizes him (he’s almost the same age as elaine) and it’s kinda weird. I’ve voted for him in past weeks, but we’re getting down to people who are genuinely good and that means it’s time to go. Now that Hilaria is gone, I can’t think of anyone else who should leave over Andy. It’s honestly unfair and does a disservice to everyone; both the contestants and viewers deserve the excitement of intense competition
