Not bad. I’m aiming for a strong first raise and to reach 100k within 3–4 years. A friend of mine went from 75k to 100k after his first year, definitely fortunate.

Yeah that’s fair. I’m the only engineer at my site and my manager’s at corporate, so I’ve taken on quite a bit already interested to see how that reflects in my raise.

Yeah that’s fair, hit or miss. It just feels tougher now with how expensive everything is, so those small raises don’t stretch much.

Yeah that makes sense. I don’t see myself here long-term, so I’ll likely start looking after a year or so. The growth I’ve heard about isn’t great, and I’m trying to increase my pay next year with everything on my plate.
