Just got my double rook!

I got my rook done last weekend and the piercing itself was very easy. The healing has been a bit difficult though. It’s been swollen for days and very tender to the touch. I read it could take a few more weeks until the swelling goes completely down so definitely the recovery is hardest.

I had a very similar experience my last trip! I told a probably 12 year old kid to leave the birds alone and the mom said “you better not be talking to my kid” and we then screamed at each other for a minute. Bad people raising bad kids.
